Welcome 3: Sanjay Dutt and Arshad Warsi Join To Akshay Kumar

The first part of the movie Welcome which was released in 2007, featured actors such as  Akshay Kumar, Katrina Kaif, Anil Kapoor, Nana Patekar, Mallika Sherawat, and Paresh Rawal. The second part  Welcome Back released in 2015, featured actors such as John Abraham, Feroz Khan, Sanjay Mishra, Dimple Kapadia, Naseeruddin Shah, and Shiney Ahuja among others.

This movie is directed by Anees Bazmee and produced by Firoz Nadiadwala. The budget of the movie was 32 crores and has a box office collection of 117.91 crores. The story of Welcome movie is that Nana Patekar as Uday is a criminal don who decides to find a husband for his kindhearted sister Katrina Kaif as Sanjana but he is unsuccessful because nobody wants to be associated with a crime family.

On the other, Paresh Rawal as Dr. Ghungroo has also been trying to get his nephew Akshay Kumar as Rajiv married to him a purely decent family, but he is also unsuccessful. When Rajiv jumps into a burning building to save Sanjana, he is smitten by her. Uday’s brother gangster Anil Kapoor as Majnu hatch a plan for an alliance with Dr. Ghunghroo. The plan works and Dr. Ghunghroo confirms the alliance, thinking that Uday is a very decent man. But when he is later told that Uday and Majnu are mobsters, he quickly takes his family and flees to Sun City, South Africa to escape. However, Majnu and Sanjana have come to Sun City as well. Rajiv meets Sanjana again and the two fall in love.

Welcome Back: Storyline

The movie Welcome Back is an ensemble cast that includes Anil Kapoor, Nana Patekar, John Abraham, Shruti Haasan, Shiney Ahuja, Ankita Shrivastava, Dimple Kapadia, Paresh Rawal, and Naseeruddin Shah.

All the characters are from the previous film Welcome except John Abraham, and Shruti Hassan. The story of the movie is that Uday Shetty and Majnu, end a life of crime and become honest businessmen who settle in Dubai after being duped by Uday’s brother-in-law Rajiv.

Poonam and Babita pose as Maharani Padmavati and Rajkumari Chandni of Najafgarh to con the money of Uday and Majnu. The film then shifts to Rajiv’s uncle, Dr. Ghunguroo who has found out that he has a stepson named John Abraham as Ajju from his wife’s previous marriage. Ajju was a goon of Mumbai where Shruti Hassan as Ranjana studies.
